THAI STREET FOOD CLASSES

Half-Day Training

Join us in Bangkok and learn what Bangkok is famous for:  STREET FOODS.  This course teaches many of the most popular Thai street foods.  Training starts with our chef instructor demonstrating a dish.  Then each student, with recipe in hand, will duplicate what the instructor taught.  Due to time constraints and complexities of preparing a few of the street foods, some are prepared as a group instead of individually.  Preparation of ingredients and cooking by each student is done at individual professional cooking stations.

CLASS IS TAUGHT BY A PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED CULINARY CHEF.  EACH DISH IS FIRST DEMONSTRATED BY THE INSTRUCTOR AND THEN STUDENTS PREPARE THE DISH.
