Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy’s Pastry & Bakery training course provides the fundamental training needed to enhance one’s skills in French pastry, cake making & decorating, chocolates,  and bread making.  No previous experience is needed to enroll in this program.  You only need to have a desire to create delectable desserts.  By training with our professional pastry chefs, you will be amazed how easy it is to take your skills to higher levels.  In just 5 weeks, once you master these classical and contemporary skills and techniques, you will be able to create your own masterpieces.

Join us in Bangkok to learn the basics of bread making, French pastry, cake preparation & decorating, and chocolates.  Training is 100% hands-on.  In just 5 weeks, learn the art of creating exquisite pastries and baked goods, from traditional bread making to pastry showpieces.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Tuition (based on number of weeks of study)–

  • 1 Week–20,000 Baht ($625 USD)
  • 2 Weeks–40,000 Baht ($1,250 USD)
  • 3 Weeks–60,000 Baht ($1,900 USD)
  • 4 Weeks–75,000 Baht $2,380 USD)
  • 5 Weeks–90,000 Baht ($2,850 USD), with accommodations 100,000 Baht ($3,175 USD)

Start Day:  Mondays
Study Week:  Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM daily
When to join:  Study for 1 week up to 5 weeks, start on Week 1, 3, 4 or 5, up to you (weekends also available)

Deposit:  25% required to guarantee your seat, paid using any major credit card or by bank wire transfer
Letter of Acceptance:  Provided to those in need of a visa once deposit is received
Certificate of Achievement:  Granted to those completing 1-2 weeks of training
Diploma:
A Basic Pastry & Baking Arts Diploma is awarded upon completion of 3-4 weeks (120-160 hours) of training
A Professional Pastry & Baking Arts Diploma is awarded upon completion of 5 weeks (200 hours) of training.
