Bangkok Thai Cooking Academy’s Pastry & Bakery training course provides the fundamental training needed to enhance one’s skills in French pastry, cake making & decorating, chocolates,  and bread making.  No previous experience is needed to enroll in this program.  You only need to have a desire to create delectable desserts.  By training with our professional pastry chefs, you will be amazed how easy it is to take your skills to higher levels.  In just 5 weeks, once you master these classical and contemporary skills and techniques, you will be able to create your own masterpieces. Join us in Bangkok to learn the basics of bread making, French pastry, cake preparation & decorating, and chocolates.  Training is 100% hands-on.  In just 5 weeks, learn the art of creating exquisite pastries and baked goods, from traditional bread making to pastry showpieces. What do you want to learn?  Pastry training (Module 1) is for 3 weeks (Weeks 1-3).  Bakery training (Module 2) is for 2 weeks (Weeks 4 & 5).  Learn Pastry or Bakery or both–up to you!  Training is 100% hands-on.  In just 5 weeks, learn the art of creating exquisite pastries and baked goods, from traditional bread making to pastry showpieces and be prepared to open your own bakery or pastry shop.

Tuition (based on number of weeks)–

Pastry (Module 1):

  • 1 Week–20,000 THB ($635 USD)
  • 2 Weeks–35,000 THB ($1,100 USD)
  • 3 Weeks–50,000 THB ($1,600 USD)

Bakery (Module 2):

  • 1 Week–20,000 THB ($635 USD)
  • 2 Weeks–35,000 THB ($1,100 USD)

Full 5 weeks special–75,000 THB ($2,380 USD)

When to start:  Mondays for Weeks 1, 3, 4, or 5 (up to you)
Study week:  Monday-Friday, 9 AM-330 PM

Certificate of Achievement:  Provided upon completion of 1 week of training
Diploma:
A Basic Pastry & Baking Arts diploma granted upon completion of 2-4 weeks (80-160 hours)
A Professional Pastry & Baking Arts diploma granted upon completion of 5 weeks (200 hours)
