Learn professional pastry and bakery skills taught by our French pastry chef. No previous experience necessary to learn French pastry, cake making & decorating, chocolates,  and bread making.  You will be amazed how easy it is to take your skills to higher levels.  In just 5 weeks, once you master these classical and contemporary skills and techniques, you will be able to create your own masterpieces. Training is 100% hands-on with each student working independently.  After completing 5 weeks of full time study, then do an internship at a 5-star hotel pastry department for up to 6 months.  Study 5 weeks and learn the basics of pastry & bakery arts:

  • Bread, dough, and pizza making
  • Working with chocolates
  • Cake decoration using both chocolate and butter cream

What do you want to learn?  Pastry training (Module 1) is for 3 weeks (Weeks 1-3).  Bakery training (Module 2) is for 2 weeks (Weeks 4 & 5).  Learn Pastry or Bakery or both–up to you!  In just 5 weeks, learn the art of creating exquisite pastries and baked goods, from traditional bread making to pastry showpieces and be prepared to open your own bakery,  pastry shop, or coffeeshop.

Crazy about beautiful macarons, lemon tarts, dark chocolate towers, tiramisu, chocolate truffles?  Want to learn how to make perfect pizza crusts–both thick and thin?  How about Danish, croissants and specialty breads?  All of these and more can be learned in our 5 weeks Pastry & Bakery Arts course.  Study for 1 week or all 5–up to you!  Learn enough to open your bakery or coffee shop!

Additional Information:

Tuition (based on number of weeks)–

  • 1 Week–20,000 THB ($625 USD)
  • 2 Weeks–40,000 THB ($1,250 USD)
  • 3 Weeks–50,000 THB ($1,575 USD)
  • 4 Weeks–70,000 THB ($2,200 USD)
  • 5 Weeks–75,000 THB ($2,350 USD)

Education Visa (optional): 30,000 THB ($950 USD) for 6 months

When to start:  Mondays for Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 (up to you)
Study week:  Monday-Friday, 9 AM-330 PM
Recipes & Instruction:  In English
Internships:  Available for up to 6 months at a 5-star hotel pastry department

Tourist Visas:  Letter of Acceptance provided once deposit is received (no charge)

Certificate of Achievement:  Provided upon completion of 1 week of training
Accommodations:  Private room with private bath, hot water, wifi, air con available for 2,500 THB/week
Diploma:
A Basic Pastry & Baking Arts diploma granted upon completion of 2-4 weeks (80-160 hours)
A Professional Pastry & Baking Arts diploma granted upon completion of 5 weeks (200 hours)
