Oue baking course is taught by a French pastry chef. No previous experience is necessary for baking training.  Pastry chef training consists of learning French pastry, cake making & decorating, chocolates, and bread making.  In just 5 weeks, once you master these classical and contemporary skills and techniques, you will be able to create your own masterpieces. Training is 100% hands-on with each student working independently.  Study 5 weeks and learn the basics of pastry & bakery arts:

  • Classic desserts
  • Modern pastry techniques
  • Bread, dough, and pizza making
  • Working with chocolates
  • Cake decoration using both chocolate and butter cream

What do you want to learn? 

  • Pastry training (Module 1) is for 3 weeks (Weeks 1-3). 
  • Bakery training (Module 2) is for 2 weeks (Weeks 4 & 5).

Additional Information

Tuition (based on number of weeks)–

  • 1 Week–20,000 THB ($625 USD)
  • 2 Weeks–40,000 THB ($1,250 USD)
  • 3 Weeks–50,000 THB ($1,575 USD)
  • 4 Weeks–65,000 THB ($2,050 USD)
  • 5 Weeks–75,000 THB ($2,350 USD)

When to start:  Mondays for Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 (up to you)
Study week:  Monday-Friday, 9 AM-330 PM

Tourist Visas:  Letter of Acceptance provided once deposit is received (no charge)
Certificate of Achievement:  Provided upon completion of 1 week of training
Accommodations:  Private room with private bath, hot water, wifi, air con available for 2,500 THB/week
Diploma:
Basic Pastry & Baking Arts diploma granted upon completion of 2-4 weeks (80-160 hours)
Professional Pastry & Baking Arts diploma granted upon completion of 5 weeks (200 hours).
