We offer training programs in English for beginners as well as experienced culinary professionals.  Our culinary school in Bangkok can take you from where you are now to higher levels of culinary skills for sure.

OUR ACADEMY

Our professional culinary training classrooms are new and fully air conditioned.  Each student has his own training station complete with gas fryers and granite food preparation area.  All students have their own station and work independently.  At the head of the training stations is the instructor’s demonstration station where all dishes are first prepared and demonstrated by the chef instructor.

Our Asian cooking is not fusion or prepared with substitute ingredients.  We use authentic ingredients, and we teach you how Asian dishes are supposed to taste.  Come join our finely-tuned and long-running professional chef training program.  You can study 1 week or up to 6 weeks.  Practice makes perfect, and this is exactly what you will do with us.  You will cook, cook, and cook.

  OUR CULINARY TRAINING APPROACH

The best way to learn how to cook is to do it yourself.  In our intensive, hands-on programs, students –cook, cook, and cook.  The chef instructor first explains and demonstrates each dish.  Recipes and instruction are in English.  You take notes and ask questions.  Then it is your turn to duplicate what has been demonstrated.  You independently prepare each dish. We do not work in teams.  Your “creation” is then critiqued, and the instructor tells you how to improve it.

PROFESSIONAL ASIAN CULINARY TRAINING

1.  PROFESSIONAL THAI COOKING COURSE

Study 1 to 4 weeks (5-20 work days), learning 25-30 professional Thai dishes/week.  One or all 4 weeks can be taken in any order.

Tuition:

  • 1 WEEK–$650 USD (20,000 Baht)
  • 2 WEEKS–$1,150 USD (35,000 Baht)
  • 3 WEEKS–$1,625 USD (50,000 Baht)
  • 4 WEEKS–$1,950 USD (60,000 Baht)

Diploma:

A Personal Thai Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 1 week (40 hours).
A Professional Thai Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 2 or 3 weeks (80 or 120 hours).
A Master Thai Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 4 weeks (160 hours) of training.

2.  ASIAN CULINARY TRAINING COURSE– 

Cook for 1 or 2 weeks and learn Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese popular dishes.  You will go from novice to skilled Asian chef after having completed this culinary training.  Master the most popular dishes such as Vietnamese Pho, Korean Kimchi, Chinese Dim Sum, Japanese Sushi and much more.

Tuition:

  • 1 WEEK–$650 USD (20,000 Baht)
  • 2 WEEKS–$1,150 USD (35,000 Baht)

Diploma:

A Personal Asian Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 1 week of training.
A Professional Asian Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 2 weeks of training.

3.  PAN-ASIAN CULINARY COURSE–

In 6 weeks (30 training days), learn 150+ Asian dishes:

  • Thai (4 weeks)
  • Chinese & Vietnamese (1 week)
  • Japanese & Korean (1 week)

This is courses 1 & 2 (above) combined.  Dishes covered are taught in-depth, taking you from the basic ingredients to the completed dish.  All dishes are first demonstrated by the chef instructor.  Become an Asian culinary chef in Bangkok.

  • 6 WEEKS–$2,900 USD (90,000 Baht)

Diploma:

  • Grand Master Asian Culinary Chef Diploma

  • Courses start day:  Mondays
  • Weeks to study:  1 to 6 weeks, up to you

4.  PROFESSIONAL PRIVATE VEGETARIAN THAI COOKING COURSE

in 5 days of private intensive training, learn 32 of the most popular Thai dishes along with learning how to make tofu, soy milk, 3 curry pastes, and 8 sauces/dips.  Emphasis is placed on maintaining authentic flavors and appearance.  Available for both vegetarians, vegans, and those chefs/cooks working in restaurants with vegetarian customers.  All dishes first demonstrated by chef instructor and then student does the same.

 PRIVATE CHEF TRAINING

ONE-ON-ONE PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Specially designed for those desiring intensive one-on-one training with a Thai chef.  Ask as many questions as you like, cook lots, work hard, learn the basics and learn advanced Thai culinary skills.  All dishes first demonstrated by chef instructor and then your turn to do the same.  Study and cook for as many weeks as you wish, covering 35 professional dishes/week.  Instead of being in a group of students, this is your chance to select just what you want to learn and learn for as many weeks as you like–just you and a Thai chef.

5.  PRIVATE CHEF COURSE5 days/week of intensive Thai cooking, basic & advanced cooking and with your own Thai chef, AND you select the dishes to learn:

09:30 – onwards until all dishes are completed for the day, usually Monday-Friday (5 work days)

Course Details:

  • Learn Thai ingredients
  • Master use of Thai cookware
  • Select 35 dishes/week to master

Tuition$1,625 USD (50,000 Baht)/week, 25% deposit required upon confirmation of date desired, balance due first day of class in cash (Thai Baht) or credit card (+3%).  Additional students @ $950 USD (30,000 Baht)/week.
