CLASS TIMES & MEETING INSTRUCTIONS:
AM Class (8:45-12:45)— meets at Dunkin’ Donut shop, located at street level, Exit 3 of BTS Asoke and MRT Sukhumvit stations, market tour follows
PM Class (1:15-5:00) — meets at the Academy at 1:15 (see Map & Location page or below for directions and GPS co-ordinates), no market tour
Learning to cook Thai is fun maak maak (lots). Class is more like going to a fun dinner party where everyone interacts, prepares ingredients for cooking, uses traditional woks and cooking utensils, and finally gets to eat each delectable creation. It’s so much fun to make coconut milk, sticky rice, curry pastes, great tasting Thai meals. We offer 10 regular courses plus 2 “BEST OF THAILAND” courses. AND for serious students of cooking, we offer an IMMERSION special—learn to cook 44 meals and prepare 6 curry pastes in as little as 5 days for only 10,000 baht and receive a pictured Certificate of Achievement.
We are conveniently located in the heart of Sukhumvit, near the intersection of the MRT (Subway) and BTS (Skytrain) at Asoke and Sukhumvit Roads. Our air conditioned classes are small and personal. To get a really good feel for handling woks, food preparation, and meal preparation, we recommend that you take more than one class, but this is “up to you.” Special times, private classes, group classes, fundraisers, birthday parties, and team building events are available.
