The Professional Thai Cooking Course focuses exclusively on authentic Thai cuisine and can be taken for 1 to 6 weeks. Students who want to specialize in Thai food typically choose the Thai program, while those seeking broader Asian culinary training often choose the Pan-Asian option.

Many students take our programs specifically to prepare for opening a restaurant, food business, or catering operation. In addition to learning authentic recipes, students develop practical skills in ingredient selection, flavor balancing, curry paste preparation, professional cooking techniques, and food presentation. Several graduates have successfully gone on to open their own Thai restaurants after completing their training.
