Stir Fried Morning Glories

 

INGREDIENTS:

300 g Water morning glories, cut in 3” lengths
1½ t Salted soybean paste
1 t Fish sauce
¼ t Sugar

¼ C Chicken broth
4 Garlic cloves, smashed
4 Red bird’s eye chili, smashed
2 t Cooking oil

PREPARATION:

1. Heat wok then add 2 t of cooking oil, when oil hot add all ingredients,
cook for 1-2 minutes, stir vigorously.
2. Remove from heat immediately.
3. Serve over rice.
