OUR ACADEMY
Learn Thai and Pan-Asian professional cooking skills with us in Bangkok. Training is 100% hands-on with each student working independently and having individual training stations. Chef instructors demonstrate all dishes first; students follow using recipes in English. Instructor then tastes and critiques as necessary.
We are in Bangkok, the capital of Thai culture and cuisine. Who would know Thai cooking better than us, and where else would you go to properly learn Thai cooking? We use authentic ingredients, and we teach you how Asian dishes are supposed to taste. Come join our finely-tuned and long-running professional chef training program. You can study from 1 week or up to 6 weeks. DTV visa available when studying 2 or more weeks.
For those interested in learning other Asian cuisines, we also offer training in Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean cuisines. PROFESSIONAL ASIAN CULINARY TRAINING
1. PROFESSIONAL THAI COOKING COURSE (1-4 weeks)—
Study 1 to 4 weeks (5-20 work days), learning 25-30 professional Thai dishes/week. One or all 4 weeks can be taken in any order.
Tuition:
- 1 WEEK–20,000 Baht (approx $575 USD)
- 2 WEEKS–40,000 Baht (approx $1,150 USD)--DTV Visa eligible
- 3 WEEKS–55,000 Baht (approx $1,575 USD)--DTV Visa eligible

Diploma:
A Personal Thai Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 1 week (40 hours).
A Professional Thai Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 2 or 3 weeks (80 or 120 hours).
A Master Thai Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 4 weeks (160 hours) of training.

2. ASIAN CULINARY TRAINING COURSE (1-2 weeks)--
Cook for 1 or 2 weeks and learn Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese popular dishes. You will go from novice to skilled Asian chef after having completed this culinary training. Master the most popular dishes such as Vietnamese Pho, Korean Kimchi, Chinese Dim Sum, Japanese Sushi and much more.

Diploma:
A Personal Asian Culinary Chef Diploma is awarded upon completion of 1 week of training.

3. PAN-ASIAN CULINARY COURSE (1-6 weeks)– DTV Visa Eligible
In 6 weeks (30 training days), learn 150+ Asian dishes:
- Thai (4 weeks)--DTV Visa Eligible
- Chinese & Vietnamese (1 week)
- Japanese & Korean (1 week)
This is courses 1 & 2 (above) combined. Dishes covered are taught in-depth, taking you from the basic ingredients to the completed dish. All dishes are first demonstrated by the chef instructor. Become an Asian culinary chef in Bangkok.

- Courses start day: Mondays
- Weeks to study: 1 to 6 weeks, up to you
- Days & times: Monday-Friday, 9:30 – onwards until all assigned dishes are completed

Study 5 days with Chef Dao privately, learn 32 of the most popular Thai dishes along with learning how to make tofu, soy milk, 3 curry pastes, and 8 sauces/dips. PRIVATE CHEF TRAINING
CHOOSE WHAT YOU WISH TO LEARN
Study with Chef Nat or Chef Dao in this one-on-one private Thai cooking course. Ask as many questions as you like, cook lots, work hard, learn the basics and learn advanced Thai culinary skills. All dishes first demonstrated by chef instructor and then your turn to do the same. Study and cook for as many weeks as you wish, covering 35 professional dishes/week. Instead of being in a group of students, this is your chance to select just what you want to learn and learn for as many weeks as you like–just you and a Thai chef.
5. PRIVATE CHEF COURSE—5 days/week of intensive Thai cooking, basic & advanced cooking and with your own Thai chef, AND you select the dishes to learn:
09:30 – onwards until all dishes are completed for the day, usually Monday-Friday (5 work days)
Course Details:

- Master use of Thai cookware
- Select 35 dishes/week to master
