2 – Pay your deposit

Pay your deposit and submit a copy of your passport bio page and your BTCA_DTV_Student_Enrollment_Agreement. You will receive the necessary documents within 3 business days.

REFUND POLICY — NO TUITION REFUND FOR VISA DENIAL:

This program is offered at a lower tuition fee without visa-refusal refund protection. The 24,999 Baht tuition fee will not be refunded if your DTV visa application is denied.

Due to the shorter training commitment, this program may not meet the requirements of all Thai embassies or consulates. Applicants are responsible for confirming their embassy’s requirements before enrolling.

NOTE: All programs are structured to meet the requirements for a Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) application and can be used to apply; however, some Thai embassies and consulates are now favoring or requesting programs with a duration of at least 12 months. Requirements can vary depending on where you apply.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DTV REGULATION UPDATE — EFFECTIVE 31 AUGUST 2026

Thailand’s Department of Consular Affairs announced new mandatory supporting-document requirements for Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) applications on 28 August 2026.

Two important changes take effect from 31 August 2026:

1. Proof of Permanent Residence Required
Applicants must now apply based on their country of permanent residence. The previous requirement to provide proof of your current location has been replaced by proof of permanent residence.

2. Criminal Record / Police Clearance Required
A criminal record or police clearance certificate is now a mandatory supporting document. It may be issued by the applicant’s country of nationality or, according to the official announcement, the country where the application is submitted.

Please note: Individual Royal Thai Embassies and Consulates may have additional requirements. We strongly recommend checking the requirements of the Thai Embassy responsible for your application before submitting your DTV application.

The program is open to both Phuket Thai Cooking Academy graduates and existing DTV holders from other cooking schools or activities, including Muay Thai.

Student Participation Records

Students enrolled in our Continuing Education Program can request updated documentation of their ongoing culinary studies.

This includes enrollment confirmation, course schedules, and Student Participation Records showing completed classes, attendance dates, and remaining classes.

These records provide an accurate history of your continued participation in Thai culinary education and may be useful when explaining your activities to immigration authorities. However, they do not guarantee visa extensions or entry into Thailand.

For existing DTV holders only. These programs do not include new DTV application documents or visa services. Classes must be scheduled in advance and completed within 12 months. Tuition is nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.
