Basic Pastry & Baking Arts Diploma is awarded upon completion of 1-4 weeks (40-160 hours) of training.
Professional Pastry & Baking Arts Diploma is awarded upon completion of 5 weeks (200 hours) of training.

  1. Vegetarian & Traditional Cooking Classes–YOU Choose the Dishes to learn classes, 24 dishes to learn, 2 classes daily, Monday-Saturday
  2. Private Cooking Classes–You select 5 dishes from 130+ available; one of our chefs will  teach you how to cook them (one-on-one).  “For those serious about learning Thai cooking”.
  3. Chef Training Courses–These are in-depth, more intense learning with our head chef, a great way to fine-tune your cooking skills and a great way to become a Master Thai Culinary Chef or a Grand Master Asian Culinary Chef.  Learn how to cook Thai and Pan-Asian (Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Japanese) cuisines.  We offer Worldchefs Approved Courses, a Professional Thai Vegetarian 5 day course, Private Chef Training, and Professional Chef Training courses from 1 to 10 weeks.
