Study 12 Saturdays and Earn a Diploma
Saturday full-day classes are available for those who work during the week. Join us to master Thai cooking while having fun learning culinary skills and professional authentic tasting dishes.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
- All about Asian ingredients
- How to use Asian cookware, utensils,…
- Mastery of authentic tasting Thai dishes
- Professional plating techniques
TRAINING METHODOLOGY:
- Instructor demonstrates all dishes while you observe and take notes on recipes provided.
- Student duplicates what was shown by the instructor chef. Instructor then tastes and critiques, as needed.
INSTRUCTORS:
Training is in English by professionally trained culinary school graduates having extensive on-the-job experience in Thai restaurants.
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Number of classes: 12
When: Saturdays from 9:30 AM onwards until all assigned dishes completed
When to join: Any Saturday
Number of dishes: 6-7 professional dishes each class

TUITION:
- Full program (12 Saturdays)– 50,000 THB
- Individual classes (1 Saturday)– 5,000 THB
DIPLOMA:
A PROFESSIONAL THAI CULINARY CHEF DIPLOMA is awarded upon completion of 12 weeks of training.
TUITION INCLUDES:
- Ingredients, supplies, aprons, cutlery to use
- Diploma
- Professional instruction
- Recipes in English
- Eat (or take home) what you cook
- Hot coffee, hot tea, cold water during class
