Study from 1 to 6 weeks and learn– Study from 1 to 5 weeks and learn–
- Thai for 4 weeks (100+ professional recipes) French pastry–2 weeks
- Japanese & Korean–1 week (Kinchi, Sushi,…) Bakery–2 weeks
- Chinese & Vietnamese –1 week (Pho, Dim Sum,…) Chocolates–1 week
1 WEEK–20,000 THB 1 WEEK–20,000 THB
2 WEEKS–35,000 THB 2 WEEKS–40,000 THB
3 WEEKS–50,000 THB 3 WEEKS–50,000 THB

- Training–Chef demonstrates and then students duplicate
- Class days: Monday-Friday, 9:30 onwards until all assigned dishes are completed
- Instruction & Recipes: In English
- When to join: Any Monday
- Diploma: Awarded upon completion of 1 or more weeks of professional training
