OUR ACADEMY

We teach hands-on Thai cooking, but not in a stuffy, formal manner. Our classes are designed to make you feel at home while getting the real feeling of authentic Thai cooking. We are conveniently located in the heart of Sukhumvit–near the intersection of Asoke and Sukhumvit Roads, close to the BTS and MRT interchange station.  With us, you have six choices on how you can learn to cook authentic Thai dishes:
1. Regular Cooking Classes–7 different 4 hour cooking classes, 2 daily, Monday-Saturday
2. Vegetarian Cooking Classes–7 different 4 hour cooking classes, 2 daily, Monday-Saturday
3.  Immersion Thai Cooking Classes– 5 full days (8 hours each) of professional Thai cooking, take 1 or take all 5
4. “Up To You” Cooking Classes–You select 5 dishes; one of our chefs will  teach you how to cook them (one-on-one).
4. “Specialized” Cooking Classes–Want to take some cooking classes not normally taught in most cooking schools? We can help here, just take a look at our special customized classes.
5. Chef Courses–These are in-depth, more intense learning with our head chef, a great way to fine-tune your cooking skills and a great way to become a Master Thai Culinary Chef. We offer Basic to Advanced courses for 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 7 weeks or even 90 days .

VEGETARIAN & VEGAN DISHES: Our chef will make adjustments to recipes as needed. Substitutions such as tofu, mushroom sauce, soy sauce, soy proteins, etc can be used. Please advise when booking of your needs.

CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT:
A Certificate of Achievement is awarded to those completing 3 or more courses. Those wishing to learn the most popular 25 Thai dishes and 5 curry pastes, take a look at our IMMERSION SPECIAL. Note: We provide everything for the course. Just make sure to bring your appetite, as you will be able to eat all the tasty meals you prepare. Come join us and have some fun!

MEETING TIMES & INSTRUCTIONS:
Regular Thai Cooking Classes, Vegetarian Thai Cooking Classes, and “Up To You” Cooking Classes are offered Monday-Saturday, twice daily at 8:45-12:45 & 1:00-5:00. All morning and afternoon classes include a Thai market tour.  All morning and afternoon classes meet at the Dunkin’ Donut stand which is at street level where BTS Asoke (Exit 3) and MRT Sukhumvit (Exit 3) intersect. Market tour follows after meeting your instructor.

Note: Meals are prepared with minimal use of hot peppers. You, as the cook, can adjust the “heat” to your liking.

IMMERSION COOKING CLASSES(8 Hours)

  • Cost: 4,250 baht/day
  • 6 dishes/class
  • Taught like professional culinary courses
  • 5 unique 8 hour classes
  • Learn 25 dishes + 5 curry pastes
  • Market tour included on Monday
  • Monday-Friday
  • 9 AM – 5 PM

  • SPECIAL: Take all 5 classes for 20,000 baht (save 1,250)

Note:  During the AM session, the instructor demonstrates cooking of each dish.  During the PM session, you independently prepare each dish and then the instructor will critique what you prepared.  Lots of time for questions and answers.
